About the Event
This year our camp theme is GLORY based from Romans 11:33-36:
“Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable His judgements, and His paths beyond tracing out! Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been His counselor? Who has ever given to God, that God should repay Him? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen.”
We will explore who God is and how we should respond to Him as a result. Our daily teaching points center on God as:
DEEP: God is unsearchable. We could never explore the extent of the richness of his character.
SUFFICIENT: God needs nothing from man. Because He is complete, we can rely on Him.
DESERVING: God is worthy of all we have to give in living and in serving.
ETERNAL: God is from forever past to forever future. We live faithfully because of our hope in the "was and is and is to come."
FBC Sayre's week of Falls Creek will be July 5th through July 10th and is for students who have completed grades 7th through 12th. Cost of the camp is $100 per camper which includes all meals at camp (students will need money to eat lunch on the way to camp), lodging, registration fees, programming, materials, and a camp shirt. Deadline to register for camp is Sunday, June 27th.
